So this Christmas, I luckily received a sewing machine! I was beyond happy to get it as I've been wanting one for an uber long time for cosplay and for making my own clothes. I've never had a sewing machine before nor have I ever used one, so I started with something on the easier side. I made this zippered pouch to use as a cosmetic bag because I have been meaning to buy one for awhile now! I sort of skipped out on the tutorials so it didn't come out the nicest but as it's my first project ever, I think I did okay!
I lined the inside of the bag so it would be more sturdy/durable.
I don't usually wear makeup but all this stuff could fit in there! My family actually asked if I could make some bags like this for them heh
I've been using this American Apparel cities tote a lot lately and if any of you have it, you'll know that it has no pockets. I hate having all my things scattered around so this pouch will come in handy soon enough!
