Recently, Gus and I went to Snooze again after hiking up Cowles Mountain! I've written a post about this eatery before which you can check out here. We both tried something different this time so I'm excited to share it with you all!
On the menu, there was an option for indecisive people (like me) who want to try EVERYTHING to pick any three pancakes they offered so I ordered that! I picked the sweet potato pancake, the strawberry shortcake pancake, and the pancake of the day which tasted like a Girl Scout's samoas cookie! They were absolutely amazing and really filling; I felt guilty for not being able to finish my plate ;-( I also ordered a side of hash browns, which is a MUST!
I can't quite remember what Gus got but it was different from what he ordered last time. I don't eat meat but everything else looked delicious!
Next time I come I'll have to try something new again! Thank you for reading, and come again!
