Hello all! On our trip to LA that I mentioned on my previous blog post, Gus and I also had the pleasure of visiting The Last Bookstore! Neither of us have been so we were excited to go.
In one of the sections of the bookstore, there were a lot of signed first edition classics which was neat as hell!

This beautiful archway was made entirely of books!
On the second floor, there were art studios and a lot of interesting pieces, including this one! We went in the evening so all of the studios were closed and the artists weren't there, although you could kind of see inside. I hope to go again sometime during the day to look around a bit more and talk to some of the artists.
I picked up an art book on anatomy, which has a lot of really good reference pictures! I've been practicing drawing and embroidering bodies and this book will help tremendously, I'll show you all more about it in my next blog post which will be about some books and comics I've recently picked up ♡
